firmware upload error

Hi

When trying to update the firmware I get the message 'the uploaded file was not accepted by the dns-31'.

any idea why I get this error message ??


btw
I use windows home server and the firewall is not active

It does work indeed.

BUT

I had to change the subnet to 192.168.0.x first

1.backup all your files
2. connect the 313 over ubs to your computer (xp or vista)
3. delete the partitions from the dns-313 drive
4. disconnect the 313 from usb, and connect over ethernet (check the hdd led it should be green)
5. start the wizard program from the 1.01b06 folder
6. find/format your drive
7. finish - you have 1.01b06 firmware on the dns-313
