Is there any solution for a problem of limited number of files visible in a directory (190 == 188 files + '.' + '..')?

Hi I did not see this limitation... Actually I tried to touch 1000 files in a directory and they all appear on the ls command...
What's your firmware version ?

'ls' done locally I guess?
Have you tried it remotely via samba share (e.g. to see the directory in Windows Explorer)?

An update: the problem on my 313 is not related to the number of files but to the number of directories. From Windows box I can see only first 190 subdirectories in a given directory.
