Unfortunately no one can be told what fun_plug is - you have to see it for yourself.

ntpd

I Install fun-plug 0.5 on DNS-313.
Telnet to the device.
When i start ntpd, DNS-313 crash.

ntp.conf

# time servers, iburst to speed up synchronization on startup
server 0.ru.pool.ntp.org iburst
server 1.ru.pool.ntp.org iburst
server 2.ru.pool.ntp.org iburst
server 3.ru.pool.ntp.org iburst

# drift file path is passed on command line in ntpd.sh (-f)
driftfile /ffp/etc/ntp.drift

# add local clock with stratum 10 as last resort
server 127.127.1.0
fudge 127.127.1.0 stratum 3

# detailed logging
# logconfig = all

I enter:

DNS-313:/# echo "ntp 123/udp" >>/etc/services
DNS-313:/# ntpd

It is all. He does not answer.

Why?

What answer do you expect? ntpd runs in the background. Start syslog before ntpd, and check /var/log/messages.

Re: ntpd

I am seeing this too. Let's follow-up in this in this more recent thread: http://dns323.kood.org/forum/viewtopic.php?id=6157, if you don't mind.
