- If you want to download rapidshare files, from your Windows XP computer, you should try jdownloader
- If you want to download rapidshare files, directly from your DNS-313, you will have to install funplug 0.5, following the "How to": http://dns323.kood.org/howto:ffp ... then read the instruction above, to download rapidshare files with wget or curl (linux command line applications)

I don't think so.
plowshare must be a good alternative to JDownloader, but I failed to build all the tools needed for captcha recognition, on my DNS-313 (recode, or imagemagick, I don't remember)
