I've got problems with my dns 313 about access the network.
In fact I've been accessing via ftp till now, but it is really uncomfortable, even because if I want to reach a file I have to download it on my hdd before (and it's not easy to manage that by finder, but I had to install a specific ftp client...Don't like it!)
I didn't succeed in opening files in streaming so I came back for samba.
The problem is:
If I give permission for all account to access the network it works fine. I can access, read, write, set a itunes library directly without using itunes server etc. Unfortunately anyone could access the nas this way. (and I share internet connection with others)
If I give permission for just one account (mine) I can't access.
It says that user and pass are wrong and it doesn't let me get in.
I found out on some websites that it should be a problem about samba server, and not about os (I am using macosx)
Does anyone know any solutions?
