I funplugged my DNS 313 yesterday. I also managed to install mediatomb which already works with avi files. I want to add the support for mkv, without transcoding. Can anybody help me? I didn't find a proper tutorial. Thanks in advance

This is my guide to play mkv on a Samsung UE40D5700 from a DNS313
-funplug your DNS 313
-telnet to your device
-switch to /mnt/HD_a4/ffp/start/
-type chmod +x mediatomb.sh to make it start when the dns313 boots up
-edit /mnt/HD_a4/var/mediatomb/config.xml with an editor of your choice (or copy the config to /mnt/HD_a2/ and edit it via your pc)
-to waste no time with editing you can just use this file: http://dl.dropbox.com/u/4685125/config.xml (copy it over the old config described above)
-now go to /mnt/HD_a4/ffp/start/ again and type ./mediatomb.sh start
-use the webgui to choose directories you want to use for streaming, you can find it under <IP of your NAS>:49152 (or maybe 49153.., just try severals ports)
