DNS-323 to DNS-320

I currently have a DNS-323 setup as a mirrored RAID and i find that its just to slow so i will be purchasing DNS-320 as a replacement. But i need to know the easiest way to get my drives on to the 320 without formatting and having it setup as a mirrored RAID. Is this possible?

323 is running ALF-F with ext4 file-systems.

I don't want to transfer all my data to another drive because that will take days and then transfer it back after the RAID is created.

Also have a few questions about the 320:
1.) It can run FF without issue right? (mainly for Transmission)
2.) How is the SMB? One of the reasons i flashed ALT-F was better SMB support, on the 323 you cannot share a directory with your own name I.E media folder would be called Disk_1 etc withAlt-F i am able to give the share an appropriate name.
3.) NFS is another key reason for my NAS as i use NFS to stream to my media streamers, so is NFS fully functional?
4.) Webserver - I would like to create an online picture album, so family and friends can view all pictures without downloading in a gallery. I set this up with the 323 and it worked but was extremely slow so it was of no use to me. Has anyone done this with there NAS? or has a website hosted on there NAS?
5.) I been looking for a client like jdownloader (PyLoad) that can be use to download from file lockers but was not aple to get this to work on the 323, has anyone done this?
6.) archive extracting is this possible from the web interface or something on the 320, I know you can get FF and the winrar plugin but its all done via command line. Which everyone cannot use.
