Teracopy - target size mismatch errors when moving to DNS-325

When I try moving files from my PC to DNS-325 using TeraCopy's "TeraMove" feature, on some files (all larger than 50MB, so far), I get the following error:  Delete canceled: target size mismatch!  Moving using Windows XP seems to work fine.  Any thoughts on what may be causing this error / should I be concerned my data isn't being reliably transferred?

Re: Teracopy - target size mismatch errors when moving to DNS-325

I copied all my data with Teracopy and, in addition to giving some of those errors, about 70% of transferred videos were unusable. Actually, I hadn't "copy" the data, I had "moved" it, so it definitely borked my collection.

Yes, you should be worried.

Very sorry to hear that - hope you didn't lose too much data.  I guess some of the files I transferred yesterday may be corrupt now, too.

So what's the most reliable way to copy files from Windows XP to the DNS-325?  I'm about to try to recover the contents of a failed hard drive after freezing it, so I won't have much time for the transfer.
