I have a bigger problem with my DNS-323.
It has the d-link 1.03 Kernel on it and over an initrd and chroot using an debian etch on sda2 als /.
When I try to resync the md partition (about 300GB, all empty), it crashes the disk and remounts my / on the same disk ro.

SCSI error : <1 0 0 0> return code = 0x70000
end_request: I/O error, dev sda, sector 651265419
..... and so on .....
Maybe the scsi driver panics because of the "massive" (about 60MB/s) write access from mdamd resync?!?
Not realy cool for an Fileserver...
Anyone else detected this problem, any suggestions for a solution?
Thanks and Greetings
