Amateur here...
I have a DNS-323 with 2 500GB Seagate drives and RAID1 enabled. Firmware 1.01Some of my folders show duplicate sub-folders and I am having similar problems to others where "folder cannot be deleted. The directory is not empty." I am not running any backup software at this time.
Any ideas? Thanks.

Wild guess; you use the EXT3 file system?
..but anyways, you should really upgrade to FW 1.03, but be aware, you might have to format the HDDs for a 1.01->03 upgrade!
