DSM-G600, DNS-3xx and NSA-220 Hack Forum

First off, thanks andy for the wonderful work in getting mldonkey running on the dns-323. However, I found the included startup script alittle too basic for my needs. So I've spent a couple of hours last weekend and made some changes to make it more robust and also added a few more convenience functions. I've been running it for over a week now and I think I've ironed out most of the kirks in the script and ready for prime time release.

Things I've added:
1) the usual start|stop|restart|status functions - with sanity checks
2) auto-stop mldonkey when there are no more active downloads - default behaviour
3) auto-shutdown the box when there are no more active downloads - set this via command line
