Re: SSL For Mail settings?

A quick search of the forum for 'SSL'

     http://dns323.kood.org/forum/t1275-heir … S-323.html

Another search for 'gmail'

     http://dns323.kood.org/forum/t1783-Auto … s.....html

The D-Link firmware does not have SSL support; however, some users have been able to
compile various SSL libraries (openSSL) , and various mail programs.

Another alternative is the setup Debian, (either native or chroot) to get SSL mail support

Re: SSL For Mail settings?

You can install openssl using ipkg -- it's one of the binary packages that Brian asked for help testing :-)

See the thread http://dns323.kood.org/forum/t1797-%5Ba … k%27s.html for the fairly simple instructions to get ipkg installed and configured (not hard, just remember you'll need to mount --bind /opt ...) - read on down for instructions on using the "experimental" feed.
