Secure erase

I have just put 2 new 500GB WD hard drives in my DNS-323 and wondered if there was an easy to way to securely erase the data on my two old 320GB Seagate drives before I sell them??

Google for "scrub erase".
If you need some linux utils i can suggest gnu shred or scrub (http://www.ciac.org/ciac/unix.html see general tools section).
