Is the US version a newer version with more fixes than the EU release?
What is the difference between the EU and US release?
Is it only what wireless channels is allowed (in EU and US) to use that is the reason for different firmwares?

thanks for info.
I updated to the US version in hope that it would solve my problems of getting disconnected, but it didn't help much.
It kicks me out if I try to download a big file (200+ Mb), and Winamp freezes when trying to access the music through the library.

I don't use the wireless part. It is wired up to a Linksys wireless router.

Tried to use it with a wired computer, and things seemed to work.
Have then tried to set it up with AP functionality, and when wireless clients are connected directly up against it, it seems to work as well.
So there must be some issue with the DSM > wired > WRT54GL > wireless > client (xbox, xp) = does'nt work
DSM > wired > WRT54GL > wired > client = works
DSM > access point > client = works
