I'm new to the EXT2 filesystem and I do not see an option to check the filesystem or locate bad sectors on an 'unhacked' dns323.
There is SMART but this does not pick up filesystem or bad sectors.
I don't have an issue yet but I was wondering whether there is a way to proactively check the EXT2 filesystem and locate bad sectors similar to chkdsk /f for FAT32 and NTFS filesystems? Do I need to hack the DNS or remove the drives and put into USB enclosures to do so?
