I've just bought a new D-Link DNS 323 and all is perfekt but one little thing.
I've installed the last firmware from the official d-link website with success. My goal was using the bittorrent functionnality. The mistake is when I try to install Bittorrent from the Easy Search Utility, an error message is displayed: "Check disk failure". Then, nothing, the installation is stopped.
A friend has bought the same NAS and has exatly the same problem. Disks are new and don't have any problem.
Is someone already has this error message? What's the solution?

Never seen the error, but you may want to consider Transmission. The built in client is not that good.

I've got the same problem as described below, I'm receiving error message "Please, check hard drives" though. No other issues noticed, which probably would be the case if disks are messed up. I'm using RAID1 on two 500gb disks.
Please, let me know, what's going on?

Bought my unit a couple of days ago, and upgraded to 1.05 yesterday. Had problems installing bittorrent with their easy share app (it couldn't find the device), but managed to google a manual install method.
Will try to find and post the link when I get back home.
