FFP not working after power-fallout

Yesterday I we had a short power-fallout here. When I returned home after work I found my CH3NAS power-out. It will stil startup, so I guess there is no physical damage, just the system was not shut down properly.

But now only the build in functionality is working, like samba, ftp, intunes etc, but none of my funplug stuff is working, so no telnet, twonky etc. I tried to wait for an hour, reboot it a few times, swap the harddrives, boot with only one drive, but noting is working. The ffp is just nog starting.

So, what can I do to get ffp this working again?

Re: FFP not working after power-fallout

"It's not working, how can I fix?" <- Bad post.

Please have a look at ffp.log to see what's going on. It will show you if fun_plug starts at all (a line with date and time) and what it's doing. Posting relevant parts of the log file might be helpful.

Re: FFP not working after power-fallout

I'm sorry for lack of tact in my post, I'm just so frustrated about it. neutral

This is my ffp.log, looks like no entry of the last boot, so I think ffp is not staring at all.....

I checked the clock on my NAS using the webinterface, it's running at the correct time.

The only cause I can currently imagine is a damaged fun_plug script. You might want to delete it and install a fresh copy of the script.

Re: FFP not working after power-fallout

After replacing the funplugscript with a fresh one I can telnet again. Much appreciation for your help!

There's the possibility that more files were munged by the power outage. I suggest you run a filesystem check.
