DNS321 - random "internal compiler error: Illegal instruction" errors

Hi there,
First off: I have a DNS-321 (not 323) with ffp-0.5 running. Everything works great except when I try to compile things.

Currently trying to compile libpar2 and nzbget and I get random errors. "internal compiler error: Illegal instruction" on just about any file, anywhere. I will compile, error out, compile (and pick up a the last unsuccessful one), repeat. Bad thing is it seems stuck on the same files now, so I can't get any further.

Seriously frustrating stuff. Anyone, what do you guys think is happening? Is it because I have a DNS-321 and maybe I'm running a different kernel then what ffp/gcc/somethingelse is expecting?

Ideas?
