connect to DNS323 w SSHFS

I'm trying to connect to my files on the DNS323 using SSHFS from my latop [ubuntu].

when I try to connect by:
$ sshfs <myserveraddress>: mountpoint
where <myserveraddress> is my dyndns address, and the 'mountpoint' is the directory that I created on my laptop.
I keep getting "read: Connection reset by peer" after a couple of minutes.

I'm using DNS323, ffp0.5 behind Dlink DIR655 router with portforwarding to port 21, and virtual server on port 80
I've set up dnydns since the DNS323 is behind the router

I can figure out is that I haven't properly configured the DNS323 and/or router, or if the sshfs command I'm using is incorrect [I'm not specifying a port number, just the username.dyndns.org: address].  The sshfs directions mention the possibility of needing to use a user name such that the server address would look like "andre@username.dyndns.org:", but I'm not sure what user name I would have for connecting to the DNS323...

Any help sorting this out would be appreciated.
