Long time since I last here. Saw firmware 1.06 is out!! Great. But is there really a reason to upgrade?

I have installed funplug 0.5 and installed some packages. I would dread to upgrade to 1.06 if I need to re-install funplug after upgrade.

please advice.

btw, does transmission or the new bt client in dns323 support protocol encryption?

You "should not" need to reinstall fun_plug after the upgrade, I didn't and I have not heard of any one else who did - is there really a reason to upgrade? Take a look at the change list and decide for yourself - for me - the reason was UPS support, which I have yet to get working the way I want it to.

thanks for the reply. Hmm...still not sure whether I should upgrade. Perhaps not. Maybe do it when I upgrade my HDDs to 1TB.
