Temperature at 140

I just got my DNS-323 and uppgraded it to the new firmware. Running two Seagate 320 in RAID1.  Started to copy 20GB of data to it and the temperature goes to 140/60 and stays there.  No fan activity at all.  Is this normal ?

click "search", enter "temperature". you'll find:
