I had mince since last summer. Just about two months ago I took out the hard disk drives and then ran the the firmware update to 1.06.
when I put the drives back in afterwards, It hasn't mapped out for me.
I've tried using the Easy Search Utility but still not able to map it to my PC.
What options do I have? Please?

can you find your NAS in the network exploration (my network places)? if so, go to 'my computer' click 'tools' and go to 'map network drive...'. it will bring up a dialog that will help you re-map it.

But it didn't find the drive. Is there anything else I can try?

You may have issues caused by the way you did the upgrade that affect your drives - what do you see on the status page - does the unit recognize the drives?
