DSM-G600, DNS-3xx and NSA-220 Hack Forum

Hi Guys, great forum, if anyone can assist with my problem, will really help as I'm out of options right now.
Had the box for 18 months, was loaded with funplug and MLDonkey, no problems until about 2 weeks ago. Unit froze on startup, so removed disk and moved my data off using a different system, blanked the disk and put it back into the unit. Now when I boot the unit, disk is spinning, no HDD light ever appears and power light just keeps blinking. Ive tried to access via web interface and config utility, neither see it and I'm not presented with option to reformat disk. I have set my laptop to have an IP in the 192.168.0.x range and also tried to access this while HDD is removed, while a different HDD is in the box, no joy. Its like the box is in perpetual start up.
Ive reset the box a few times, still the same. Box also fails to respond to power off and I have to pull the cord.
