Unfortunately no one can be told what fun_plug is - you have to see it for yourself.

Windows 7 and users

I'm using my DNS-323 as mostly a network drive, I also have fun_plug, transmission, and a couple other goodies on it.

The problem I'm running into, I think, comes from Windows 7

On my PC (Vista 64), files I drag over to the drive come out as

Code:

-rwxrwxrwx 1 nobody 501

On my Laptop (Windows 7 64), files I drag over to the drive come out as

Code:

-rwxrwxrwx 1 dekarguy 502

This also prevents any files I send with the transmission remote gui to not be created.

Does anyone know how to make windows 7 use the nobody account?

I also run into issues moving files around on the drive (created from my laptop) until I telnet in and chown them to nobody
