I have a nexstar mx dual 3.5" sata enclosure that I would like to connect to my dns 323 (running fun_plug and usb-storage.sh and ntfs.ko working fine) FW 1.07
Is it possible to get JBOD working and if not, is it possible to have both drives mounted if i set the enclosure to standard (individual drives).
Or any suggestions about what to do.

What exactly are you trying to do? You want to mount the dual enclosure via USB and JBOD the 2 drives in the encolsure? Are you trying to JBOD the external drives to the internals? Please give detail.
JBOD is a very foolish way to setup drives. It is a very easy way to lose your data.
