Using USB webcam in the NAS?

Very simple question: is it possible to insert a [insert-brand] USB webcam in the DNS-323 (CH3SNAS) and get it working? Anyone experience with this?

I would guess you'd need a driver for the webcam, unless it's a network cam that connects like any USB memory.
