ffp & no contrab

hi guys, im trying to do the
http://dns323.kood.org/howto:backup

however, when i try doing contrab -l

i get

/ # contrab l
/ffp/bin/sh: contrab: not found
/ # cron -l
/ffp/bin/sh: cron: not found

i am using hte latest ffp so im not to sure what to do next

any help would be great

read again, it's "crontab".

curious .. is there a way to run a scheduled task (eg, that backup) ad-hoc?

Just type the scheduled task command syntax at the command prompt, by hand.
