Can save files to DNS-323 but not open them again
It seems to be a problem mainly with MS Office files (words, Excel). I am running Vista Ultimate sp2.
I have searched this and other forums for assistance, and I have made all suggested tweaks to Vista. I have changed security and access settings back and forth. Nothing seems to work.
I also have a laptop hooked up to the network running XP; no problems at all.
Anyone having a solution to this Vista issue?

I've not tried it myself but I've read others have had limited success by disabling Oplocks. I solved the problem by installing fonz's Samba.
