Hi there,
I'm new to the DNS-323 (and a linux n00b) but have already installed fun_plug and then uninstalled it again, as I've heard that telnet was somewhat unsecure. (I managed to get access from my work without having to login)
However, is there a way to either disable remote access via telnet in fun_plug (so I can only use it on my local network - or should I simply disable telnet. In this case, how do I disable it?
I hope someone can help me? Any help is deeply appreciated!

Sounds strange as to why you could access it remotely, is your DNS323 not behind a router?
To disable telnet all you need to do is during your telnet session use the command: chmod -x /ffp/start/telnetd.sh and reboot the dns323.
You will lose shell access once you have done this, so maybe lookup and enable SSH at some point.
