Hi guys
I was wondering if one of you could help me. I got my Xbox 360 back from repair today and was hoping it would work ok with my DNS-323 but it doesn't! I have the upnp server set to the root folder of the dns. I can view music ok from it on my xbox but I cant get a single video to work. And they are working videos as I've tried them with a usb stick. I have a main video folder with hundreds of movies inside and none of them work. I installed the twonkymedia trial and that works perfectly for streaming videos however I would prefer to not have to pay for that! I have the latest firmware 1.07. If anyone has any ideas it would be greatly appreciated
Thanks

Which version do I buy? Server or manager?

I bought Server only. I didnt try the manager but you dont need it at all.

I use uShare for this, and so far, I have been watching my AVI movies from my Xbox 360, with the shared movies coming from my DNS-323.

I second Twonky. It's brainlessly-easy to set up and just plain works.
I bought a server license, and the latest Linux NAS build, ver. 4.4.18, works better than ever for me.
