This firmware was posted to the dlink forum beta area on 12/2. Although the release notes state that NFS was added, I could not find evidence of it. Maybe the GUI just hasn't been updated....

Running fine, I have noticed one change- the graphical interface ntp server is synchronizing fine with my server's ntp server for the very first time.

Yes, I also was able to use my local 192.168.x.x NTP server to sync -- a first for that.

He's talking about NFS, not NTP :-)
D-Link has gone the way of a la carte add-ons that run various services. You can download the NFS plugin/add-on, as well as Bonjour, BT client, and others from D-Link's FTP site. You can find out more about the add-ons here: http://forums.dlink.com/index.php?board=251.0

Thanks for the link to the plug ins. I did not pick up on this from the release notes. Release notes implied NFS was in the baseline rather than plug in....
