I have heard conflicting reports on which side of the NAS is disk 1 and which is disk 2 (as defined by dlink and used by future programs to identify the drives).
DLINK mentions that if you're only installing one HDD, use the left bay (I guess if you're look at the blue lights side). But, I read somewhere in the wiki that the RIGHT bay (if you're looking at the blue lights) is considered "disk 1". Which is correct? Does it even matter?
If I stick 2 drives in, format them and use a Standard configuration, then SWAP the 2 drives, will the original Volume_1 drive still be called Volume_1?
