Unfortunately no one can be told what fun_plug is - you have to see it for yourself.

I'm going about realigning my HDDs to 4K boundary (please see my spec in sig).
Since, unfortunately, I've already started using my device (only HD_a2. HD_b2 is empty. I'm using standard mode) I decided to:
1. realign /dev/sdb.
2. backup (cp -a) HD_a2 to HD_b2.
3. realign /dev/sda
However, once I finished with /dev/sdb the output fom fdisk was as following:
/ # fdisk -lu /dev/sdb Disk /dev/sdb: 1000.2 GB, 1000204886016 bytes 255 heads, 63 sectors/track, 121601 cylinders, total 1953525168 sectors Units = sectors of 1 * 512 = 512 bytes Device Boot Start End Blocks Id System /dev/sdb1 64 1060295 530116 82 Linux swap Partition 1 does not end on cylinder boundary /dev/sdb2 2088456 1953525167 975718356 83 Linux /dev/sdb4 1060296 2088455 514080 83 Linux Partition 4 does not end on cylinder boundary Partition table entries are not in disk order
I've got a couple of question:
1. That warning message - nothing to worry about right? Or if you were in my shoes you'd make some changes?
2. In order to realign /dev/sda I though I'd swap the two drives, and now that /dev/sda is /dev/sdb, and /dev/sdb is /dev/sda (containing everything, including ffp which was backed-up) I'll realign /dev/sdb. That way there's no need for all that moving stuff to ramdisk, special fun_plug.sh etc. Is it going to work?
