Kernel and ramdisk upload for a "Windows" user

Hi everyone,

I have a DNS-323 with a CRC Error on boot after a power outage. I have a working serial connection (UBOOT seems fine) but all the tools i find to revive the box are linux based so i'm kinda stuck.

1 - I can log on the box with putty to see the boot process with a serial port installation. The blue led on the front of the unit keeps blinking.
2 - I tried to install Kermit95 and log to the box with it but all i see is garbage on the screen.
3 - I'm missing the kernel and ramdisk files so if anyone can help out with the files it would be great. Maybe i can cope with installing a linux distro in a virtual machine but i need the files anyway and it would hep if anyone can send them to me (posting them would not be legal i think).

My DNS-323 is rev b1

Regards

Jeff
