Hi, I bought a dns-323 to store all my docs, music and videos and to share them with my ps3.
I'm trying to change samba configuration to allow hidden and read only files, but it doesn't work.
I tried deleting force create mode, force directory mode, also tried adding force create mode = 0000 and force directory mode = 000, I added map hidden = yes and map readonly = yes in the shares definition, but when I try to change attributes from windows it appear to work but no, inmediatly the file returns to 777. If I do chmod to a file to 666 for example, the dos attributes disapear, but when I enter to the file properties in windows it returns to 777 (even if I don't change anything).
I'm desperated, don't know what to do. It's like a daemon changing file mode bits everytime samba access a file.
I'm using fw 1.09.
