SWAT "adduser script" at user-level security?

Hi!

I upgraded my built-in samba to fonz's 3.4.6-1 version, and I've only one unsolved problem: the user management.

When I try using the SWAT simple usermanagement interface to add user I got always an error message: "Failed to add entry for user <username>".
As I realize, the swat do not create the linux user before try create the smbuser, so it'll failed...

So my questions are:

- how can I config the swat, to create the linux user before try to create the smbuser? I tried the add user script: /bin/adduser -S %u but it's not worked sad (I've to use user-level security because a cifs client working only in this mode)

- when I left the built-in samba, I left the built-in (&smooth!) user/group management. Is it any way to use it with the ffp version without risk my nas?
(if I read well, when I screw the built-in samba config, and its not started at the boot...I bricked my device)

Thanks in advance!
