Unfortunately no one can be told what fun_plug is - you have to see it for yourself.

web server under fonz fun_plug

i have fonz fun_plug installed with lighttpd, php, and mysql.
i have extplorer installed in the web server directory.

i can access everything localy, without any problem - i can run extplorer (using lighttpd and php from localhost)

i setup my dlink to a dynamic name server so that i can use a web url to access the lighttpd web server.

i setup my port forwarding in my router for dlink FTP, and the lighttpd port. dlink ftp from port 21 to 192.168.1.125 to 21 (dlink static address) and lighttpd from port 80 192.168.1.125 to 8185 (set in lighttpd.conf file and router)

i can not see my lighttpd index page (wont load over the internet)

i can not access FTP for the dlink over the internet.

what am i missing?

Re: web server under fonz fun_plug

Can you access both services from a different machine in the local network (not only over localhost)?

Re: web server under fonz fun_plug

Yes, i have access on all machines in my network LAN. and i got the site working. now is there a way to get FTP access through extplorer with the dns 323? i have the dns 323 native dlink ftp working, but is it possible to use a daemon or work around for ftp access through extplorer's GUI? i can't find anything on this topic question anywhere.

again, thats will extplorer ftp work on the dns 323 from the graphic user interface, other than from the dlink ftp native?
