I just found this forum as I was sitting on hold with D-link AGAIN! I purchased a DNS-323 yesterday and have been trying ever since then to updated both the firmware and the software. That; however, is impossible because D-link's FTP site has been DOWN for the past THREE DAYS. Their tech support has lied to me and are extremely inept. Have any of you had the same problem. I'm about the take the DNS-323 back.

Why don't you download from their product support pages and install it using the DNS-323 web interface?
I just checked and downloaded 1.03 from here...the updated easy search utility is available there as well, if you need it to switch languages. If you don't need to switch languages you don't need easy search to map a drive letter to the DNS-323.

Well...it FINALLY worked - I've been trying for an entire day to grab the files but their FTP server was down and tech support was useless. Anyway, I'll see if I can install it now - just installed the update for the easy search utility.
