I am using unfsd on my dns-323 and I can successfully browse files on my mac book air. In fact, I have the mac's iTunes getting music through the NFS share on the dns-323 without any issue. I switched to NFS, because iTunes ran much too slowly with SMB (in my wireless environment anyway).
I recently purchased a d-link boxee box, and it can stream movies from the dns-323 via smb, but I can't get NFS to work. The boxee box sees the nfs exports, but when it tries to connect it gives an error saying it can't access the files. The files are all world readable.
Has anyone successfully used unfsd on the dns-323 to stream video via nfs to a d-link boxee box?
Thanks.
