Altered version of Horto's torrentwatchdog script.

Hi Guys,

It's probably been done before (Being that DNS-323 hacks have been around for about ... 3 years now?), but I was midly annoyed at some of the shortcomings in Horto's original torrentwatchdog script, and I've made some alterations.

The attached 'torrentwatchdog.sh' will now:
Search through a list of directories for torrent or magnet link drops (The magnet links are single links inside a text file with the extension .magnet)
Queue the items for downloading into seperate incoming directories
Automatically stop (but not remove) the torrent from the queue when the seed ratio is higher than X.

For the observant ones, in the completed torrents loop, I'm aware that using awk is not exactly optimal for mathematical calculations, but it was a best case scenario at the time, as bash doesn't support floating point math, and bc is missing from the version of busybox I'm using.

Also note: I've got no credits in the sh file, so shouts to Horto for originally showing me how!

Cheers,

Haioken.
