Hi,
Having some trouble with a DNS-323 and hoping someone here may able to help troubleshoot. This device has been in use for several years. The issue that I am now facing is that I cannot access the Volume nor map the drive.
The DNS323 is accessible via my network.
Firmware: 1.09
The device does appear in the Easy Search tool however no volumes are presented to be mapped.
In the web-based admin control panel:
Total Drive(s): 1
(There are 2 drives in the DNS-323)
The only info listed under "Physical Disk Info" is:
"Right"
I did see "Left" also listed earlier.
I believe these disks were in RAID 1
(I have never seen a Volume_2) presented.
The hard drives are warm, so I assume they are getting power.
The LEDs on the front of the unit are all blue.
The hard drives are not emitting any sounds that would be symptomatic of a problem.
Any help on is appreciated.
