DSM-G600, DNS-3xx and NSA-220 Hack Forum

Here's what I did:

* Download the gentoo distro mentioned somewhere on this site by sala
* Extract it to /mnt/HD_A2/GENTOO directory
* Create a shell script call gentoo.sh with the following lines:
         #!/bin/sh
         mount -o bind /dev  /mnt/HD_a2/GENTOO/dev
         mount -o proc none /mnt/HD_a2/GENTOO/proc
         cp /etc/resolv.conf /mnt/HD_a2/GENTOO/etc
         chroot /mnt/HD_a2/GENTOO /bin/bash
  * chmod +x gentoo.sh  to make it executable
  * After telnetting in to DSM-G600, type: ./gentoo.sh
  * Now, you can compile, download new packages using emerge, run irc bots, torrent, etc...
