Unfortunately no one can be told what fun_plug is - you have to see it for yourself.

Has anyone ever complied ntfs-3g on the DNS-323 for NTFS read/write access. Is it possible? I am a linux noob. I am normally a FreeBSD user.
Maybe a funplug addon...Fonz?

The kernel must support fuse for ntfs-3g. Don't know, if this is the case.
But ntfs-3g would be a great enhancement, because I don't have space to convert my ntfs drives to ext3 :-)

I thought fonz's plugin contains ntfs model for DNS-323. And you can mount NTFS as external disk.

ntfs kernel driver from fonz is a ro driver, the ntfs-3g is a really good and fast rw driver, even better than MS original driver

ntfs-3g would be sweet, but it requires fuse and recompiling the kernel...something I don't know how to do on linux...........yet.

Does somebody knows if Is it now possible to use ntfs read/write with the new firmware 1.04?
