I have just purchased my DNS-323 box along with 2 x Seagate 500Gb SATA Drives.
I set it up 2 days ago as 2 seperate drives & have been able to access the drives without a problem for the last 2 days.
However today I can only access 1 of the drives. "Volume 2" is no longer available.
A check of the device shows one of the blue lights slid (the working drive) & the other blue light is constantly flashing blue.
If I swap the drives around, the flashing blue light follows the drive.
If I remove that drive completely, the DNS-323 works fine.
If I put the other drive in by itself, it does not work & the blue light constantly flashes.
Any ideas??

Sounds like a bad drive. I would suggest hooking it up to a PC to check it out.
