I used telnet back in the ’95, but DNS-313 won’t response to any of my commands, the cursor simply pops down to new line, what do I miss?

Enter '5784468' . That will unlock it and take you to normal shell prompt. I have no idea where that code originally comes from, it appears in another thread in this forum.
