stand-by not working with firmware v1.01b11
my dns-313 never go in standby;
stand by mode is active (5 min)
i try ; to desactive upnp mode and itunes serveur .
i tru also ;to unplug ethernet cable.
but : same problem
in my dns-313 ,the hard disk never go in stanby mode , alway turning .
with the original firmware ;was working fine ...
but after upgrade new firmware ....
who can help me .

Well, mine has never been able to go into standby mode. This bug exists since the very beginning (v1.00 firmware, now 1.01b11)

no ; with my dns 313 , it was ok; with original firmware.[dont remenber which release ]
i called yesterday; french hot line of dlink
they said, that they know, the problem .it will be correct, for next firmware

I've been asking D-Link to fix this bug since november, and they have promised that it should be fixed in the next release since then.
At that time it was b01 and now we're up to b11 with no fix.
How much do you trust that it will be fixed in b12? Don't be too disapointed if it's not. Still, wonders happen!

The Vers. 1.01b12 is still buggy, also for the power management. This version will i´m sure not relesead.
But here you will find the power management bug resaon and workaround to fix the power management problem:

Those were my words! 
The only solution i know at this moment is from the german dl-support site.

On the orginal firmware it was not working for me. I found out that a file was written every minute, and caused the problem. After the upgrade to fireware 1.01b6 my hard drive begun to spin down correctly.

yes, when i was, 1.01b6 : was working too.
but with, 1.01b11 and 1.01b12 not.
i called: french Dlink hot line, yesterday.
they dont know ,that 1.01b12 exist .???
