Hi, i just got my dns-313 and have set up some users and what they can access on the harddrive. What adress do the users have to write in Internet explorer to access my dns-313

your external IP address. if you don't know what that is, go to : http://www.ip-adress.com/
and for file sharing i recommend ftp, not explorer. plus if you have a router, you have to do some port forwarding as well.

Sorry didn't write that my dns-313 is connected to d-link 655 router. I have tried to open ports on the router. Sendt an e-mail to d-link and they said i have to write
ftp://username:password@ip adress to the dns to access from the explorer. Anyone tried this?
