i had already format the disk ?? but same problem .
and for the power management [should downgrade to old firmware ?] , because with original firmware, power management working, but i did'nt remember which version

After I upgraded to 1.01b12, my DNS-313 always had a green light. This was resolved by using the DNS-313 to check the disk and allowing it to fix any errors found.
