has any one tried this firmware? I see that some of the files are 0 in this image. Have they just removed these, or are the files corrupt? I ie the manual or the programs within the folders. I dont want to try this file if some of the files are corrupted.

Don't work for me. I try upgrade this firmware from web interface. After "successful upgrade" no DNS-313 in network. ClicknConnect don't work with English language ( use German for example ).

I thought suspend mode already worked in 1.02? I run 1.02 at the moment and the hardrive spins down. Did I miss something? Hm not convinced yet to upgrade as of the post from Bdfy. I guess he took the firmware file in the root of the cd and upload it in the web gui? (thats what i done earlier)

It worked great for me, the 0-byte files are I suppose to reduce the ISO file size. You can simply paste the same files from the installation CD in order to replace the 0-byte files (if you want them that is)...

The 1.03 update was pretty easy, just use the Click'n'Connect to "reinstall" your drive.
Now, after flashing/formatting, the funplug thingie is gone. Is the funplug 0.5 still usable and how do you enable Telnet on the device ? Also advice on how to install Twonky correctly would be nice since I could never get it to auto-start.

It's strange because if one puts update the FW, it lose function "telnet". But if you copy these two files on the root of Volume_1, "fun_plug", "fun_plug.tgz", and modify file... and restart the NAS, everything works again.

Hello everbody, I have then FW version prior to 1.03 (I think the 1.02... but can't check which beta stage), one positive thing is that now HDD power down works, but the standby time set is not respected ...
wow I can't imagine why so strange stupid bugs... really ridiculus.
I can set 15min , 30min ... 1-2hours but nothing... the HDD powers down also within about 3 minutes !
So my HD powers up and down continously during day, that's not great for lifespan.
Anybody checked if with 1.03 this is fixed ?
I would like to flash the firmware only, but I read here that you all do the entire procedure (format...) , and no.. I can't format drive.
