Problem: All lights are blue but 'no network path found'
Firstly, Hi all, just discovered your site while trying to find a solution to my problem. 
Here is my problem:
I have a DNS-313 running on Vista Home Premium with all updates installed.
All appears well with the DNS-313 all lights are blue, in my network the DLINK shows in the network but when I double-click on the network icon for the DNS-313 it just pops up with 'Windows cannot access 'DLINK-A01135' - 'no network path found'.
When I diagnose this with windows it tells me: 'DLINK-A01135 is not set up to establish a connection on port 'File & Printer Sharing SMB' with this computer.
Any ideas here?

Have you upgraded to the latest formware v1.03b01? That fixed a lot of problems for me.

Have you set upp file sharing in the web admin for it?
